Smorbukk South ‘fishbone’ well flow starts

Statoil ASA has started production from the low-permeability Smorbukk South Extension of Asgard oil and gas field in the Norwegian Sea with what it claims to be the first use of “fishbone” multilateral technology offshore Norway.
