Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd. has restarted its 88,000-b/d Port Dickson refinery in the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan, about 90 km from Kuala Lumpur, following a temporary shutdown of the plant caused by a late-June fire.
